You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing and to withdraw previously given consents. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@qeltrano.com. You may also file complaints with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, backups and periodic reviews. No system is infallible, but we work actively to minimise risks.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. If the changes are substantial, we will communicate them through the usual channels before they take effect.
